1. Approval to pledge assets.
2. Approval of additional capital without ER.
3. Reappointment of directors of the company.
Dileep unfortunately can not disclose how much the new shares without a rights issue that will be published as well as the exercise price estimates.
"By statute, the new shares may be issued to non-ER 10%," he said.
EARTH current number of shares as much as 19.404 billion shares. Assuming a 10% EARTH will issue new shares without the ER, then the number of shares to be issued as much as 2.156 billion shares.

Panasonic Prepare to U.S. $ 100 Million to Increase Capacity

Laporan Segmen
Pelaporan informasi keuangan menurut segmen di atur melalui PSAK No. 5, yang menjelaskan pelaporan informasi keuangan menurut segmen dari suatu perusahaan, khususnya yang beroperasi dalam industri dan wilayah geografis yang berbeda. Laporan Segmen adalah laporan rugi laba yang menyajikan informasi tentang laporan rugi laba untuk setiap segmen usaha. Dengan adanya laporan segmen maka akan diketahui bagaimana kinerja dari masing-masing segmen usaha tersebut. Output dari metode absorption berupa laporan rugi laba konvensional memberikan informasi untuk penyusunan laporan segmen, maksudnya laporan rugi laba konvensional kita olah lagi dengan menggunakan analisa perilaku biaya yang menghasilkan laporan segmen.
Lebih tepat dikatakan bahwa laporan rugi laba konvensional menyajikan kinerja perusahaan dalam suatu periode tertentu secara komprehensif atau umum. Lebih dari itu dalam penyusunannya digunakan metode absorption atau full costing. Sedangkan laporan rugi laba segmen disusun dengan menggunakan perilaku biaya yang menghasilkan kinerja perusahaan secara detail untuk setiap segmen usaha. Untuk keperluan pengukuran kinerja manajer segmen lebih tepat digunakan laporan rugi laba segmen daripada laporan rugi laba konvensional.
LAPORAN INTERIM
Laporan interim adalah laporan keuangan yang di terbitkan di antara 2 laporan keuangan tahunan. Laporan interim dapat di susun secara bulanan, triwulan atau periode lainnya yang kurang dari setahun dan mencangkup seluruh komponen laporan keuangan sesuai standar akuntansi keuangan. Secara konseptual, laporan interim menyediakan informasi yang lebih tepat waktu tetapi kurang lengkap di bandingkan laporan keuangan tahunan.
